How is this program different from other solutions?
Touch-type Read and Spell uses the TTRS Method of learning, which is Orton-Gillingham-based and combines age-appropriate phonics instruction with diverse sensory input.
This approach has demonstrated results. Research shows Orton-Gillingham can lead to an improvement in spelling and reading skills for individuals with dyslexia and other language-based learning difficulties.
Users see, hear and type words to build procedural knowledge of English sounds and improve spelling. Typing speed improves gradually, and employees feel more confident and make fewer errors on the computer.
